OUR REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. No returns or refunds. Per California state law, alcohol returns can only be accepted if the product is spoiled or otherwise unfit for consumption, or purchased in error. That being said, we are a family business and want you to be a returning customer for life. Call us and you will see that customer service is our strong suit, and is the foundation that has allowed us to grow to 11 locations. All reasonable customers will be satisfied.
Our goal is that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. Should you need to return an item, or ordered something by error, we can substitute it prior to it being packaged. Please contact our Customer Service department at (619) 265 0482.
What happens if my package is undeliverable?
If the carrier is unable to deliver your package because you were not at the address and the package is returned to sender, or the address you provided is undeliverable, and the package is ultimately returned to Keg N Bottle, you will be charged for all shipping fees. The shipping fees will include the fee charged by the carrier to ship the package back to us.
CANCELATION POLICY?
If you change your mind and want to cancel you will be charged a 10% cancelation fee regardless of how quickly you notify us to cancel. It doesn't make us happy to charge this, we are charged instantly at the point of sale. The cancelation fee doesn't even cover our customer acquisition cost from Google, the associated credit card, and processing fees. Charging the 10% cancellation fee helps share the burden, especially if it is no fault of ours that you would like to cancel the order.
Presale items are ALSO subject to a 10% cancellation fee for processing.
If your order has already been processed, you will ALSO be charged an additional 10% restocking fee.
